Ticket Policy

The best way to purchase tickets for shows is on this website.  We do not issue paper tickets, but you will receive an email confirmation that your registration was approved.  No need to print it – simply check in at our box office when you arrive.

The box office is located inside the theater. If you do not reserve your ticket(s) in advance (online, by mail or by phone), tickets may be purchased at the door (box office) half an hour before a show.

A $3 transaction fee will be charged for each ticket purchased at the door. Please note: Availability of tickets at the door is not guaranteed.

Ticket policy  

  • Purchased tickets are nonrefundable.
  • WideSpot charges a $5 transaction fee for ticket exchanges.
  • WideSpot cannot refund tickets for scheduled performances held during inclement weather.
  • Unused tickets are considered a donation; call WideSpot for a tax deduction form.
